First off, yes I’ve had plantar fasciitis myself. I used to be an avid runner, but then my feet started to hurt. While there are many good running shoes on the market, when you suffer from plantar fasciitis, you need to pay special attention to the type of shoe and all the specifications. Regular running shoes may not have the cushion, arch support, and other features that your foot needs to avoid aggravating this foot problem, and you are going to feel miserable until you make a switch.
